On top of that, the SE manager is super cutthroat and very eager to take credit for his team's work without lifting a finger to help himself.

Current Employee1.7Nov 1, 2023Culture is terrible. The base is ok. Inbound leads are basically non-existent. No ramp period to make $. Leadership is heavy on micromanagement and it is openly encouraged. Best accounts are funneled to a select group of 2-3 reps.
