My overall experience was great. Strong support, many resources, very hard to lose alone, sell a lot-make a lot compensation. Very good management-proactive, high level of communications, Saleforce is where everything lives. It is a sales machine, but a powerful machine that can and does burn you out.

We sell great products, but the comp is atrocious. Lower than market base salaries, and the commission plan is a nightmare to figure out. It is always wrong.

The compensation plan is the worst I have experienced in the industry and we've recently hired a lot of sales people to cover the market, so diluting the territories and OTEs.
