Major lack of SMB-specific training. When I was hired, leadership was in major disarray and did not have direction or support for months. Since NICE acquired InContact, it has become very cutthroat and a rather toxic environment. No clear path to success.

The products are incredible, and it gives you confidence in the comp-breaking earning potential. Other issues in processes and culture are being addressed and improved over time, but again... you truly CAN break your comp package here.

Good - Amazing Product Market Fit. Bad - Awful leadership & culture. You'll be asked to get on calls regularly on Fridays at 11 pm.
