At the Enterprise level, we are expected to be doing outreach to the most senior levels, and thus we do not have assigned SDR/BDR's. We are expected to be proactive and aware of opportunities before getting an RFP. The market fit & exceptional analyst ratings = why I joined the company 4 years ago, and we continue to invest and have a strong roadmap. It's great to sell a leading product.

My immediate team is great and I love my peers. A lot of products are more tailored to large organizations so selling into SMB can be challenging considering NICE is not the cheapest in the industry. The comp plan is also very challenging to understand.

Great company to work for! No complaints. They take care of their employees and compensate very nicely and have an attractive benefits package.
