My immediate team is great and I love my peers. A lot of products are more tailored to large organizations so selling into SMB can be challenging considering NICE is not the cheapest in the industry. The comp plan is also very challenging to understand.

NICE has an outstanding set of solutions and is a long time market leader in the CCaaS space. NICE is the most despicable company that you could possibly imagine working for. The commission plan is atrocious because they find many different ways to invalidate and not pay reps on deals after they’ve been closed, or reduce the bookings/comp on deals.
