The Leadership Team lacks transparency and creates a toxic culture among the reps. They will find a way not to pay you the commission that they owe you from a closed deal. However, their product is excellent and in extremely high demand right now.

The market is competitive, and you have to make sure prospects know WHY NICE is the best (financial stability, investment in R&D, AI, etc.).
