Great so far, good people but limited inbound flow on the strategic and enterprise accounts. Way too much stress but I guess $300k base pay as sales manager is worth the stress

Getting promoted to an AE role has become almost impossible. It’s one of the few tech companies that you actually see diversity across teams. Very competitive environment. Most BDRs stay in seat for years. Leadership doesn’t really care about you and your career progression. changed a lot for the negative once merged into Salesforce. Now you are just another cloud pestering Salesforce customers, which is a sad change to what was a highly effective, collaborative and successful team.
