However, this is overshadowed by terrible upper management and first line managers that are treating this type of solution like a transactional sale. Operating units within MuleSoft push out quality hires and replace them with younger & less expensive BDRs.
Managers and AEs are expendable - even if you are hitting your metrics then you can still be offered the PEP or the PIP.
The success of a rep is strongly tied to the relationship with the RVP you report to and that RVP's relationship to upper management.
