Overall MuleSoft continues to be a solid place to be an AE. I've W2's $160k, $175k and $350k in 3 years here and am going to hit $400k this year in mid market. Success is possible but is largely dependent on your territory

MuleSoft was an amazing business that was hyper successful. Unfortunately the people that built the business into a success are no longer there and it’s lost DNA.

MuleSoft is still doing well and growing. The culture is strong and feels separate from Salesforce while still having pretty solid collaboration with Core teams.

MuleSoft is a great technology solution and data integration platform. However, this is overshadowed by terrible upper management and first line managers that are treating this type of solution like a transactional sale.
