Very toxic sales culture with significant micro management. No autonomy to complete the sales process/cycle yourself without the input from multiple “leaders”. Strong product market fit, but a philosophy to say “whatever it takes” to get the deal done. Over promise but under deliver. Post sale onboarding is extremely difficult. Over hiring with the expectation of most AEs will fail. Beware.

Had an overall good experience until this last year when MM was restructured and divided into land/expand reps. Quota was not reduced to account for this change. Goal was more attainable under the old structure. Current MM management does not value intangibles and sets unreasonable KPI expectations. Toxic work environment Was customer centric when starting, now fully focused on IPO and the cracks are showing 2 rounds of layoffs within 12 months Complicated industry Old fashioned customer base Not many opportunities to grow and advance
