Had an overall good experience until this last year when MM was restructured and divided into land/expand reps. Quota was not reduced to account for this change. Goal was more attainable under the old structure. Current MM management does not value intangibles and sets unreasonable KPI expectations. Geographic territories would be much better at improving overall AE productivity.

(MM new logo, Premier Accounts): Motive's product market fit is great, and there is a lot of incentive to make half a million (or more) with the current compensation plan in place. My favorite part is that I feel like I can be myself here. From day 1 - I've been accepted for who I am, and it's allowed me to flourish in this role.

Calling a Spade a Spade here: Not sure where the jump from an 83 to just about an 86 score rating came from. Quotas have been high and attainment lower than usual.
