Calling a Spade a Spade here: Not sure where the jump from an 83 to just about an 86 score rating came from. Quotas have been high and attainment lower than usual. Motive was a really good organization when they were known as KeepTruckin. But their moves in last 2 years along with name change have been questionable. Constant layoffs and then ambitious hiring targets at low offerings which results in vicious cycle of hiring less experienced resources at cheap rate who eventually get fired and the cycle continues.
