Currently undergoing a huge transformation towards consumption model, impact both comp plan and the way of addressing accounts while quota and performance management is staying the same. MongoDB has great name recognition and good internal sales processes and tangible growth opportunities, but also has a significant amount of vicious internal politics and a very high amount of micromanagement.
