Great product fit and the boom of genai positions Mongodb in a fantastic position. From a sales perspective the compensation is limited following the change from tcv to consumption as the adoption of the software is slower.

Terrible leadership culture outside of the SDR team. Male dominated culture, too many examples of belittling, dismissive, toxic behaviour. You will enjoy life within the SDR team but will likely hate it when working with your peers from other parts of the sales organisation.
