Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee If you want to learn how to be a phenomenal seller- MongoDB is the place. This is not an easy job by any means but there is an opportunity to make big money + have a flexible work life balance. I’ve worked for 5 different leaders over my 3 years here and each has been incredible to learn from and are always in your corner. Only cons would be that due to the nature of a fast growing company some of our internal tools and whatnot are not always functioning well or in a way that suits our needs, as well as the fact that we have little to no inbound leads. My team was just assigned an SDR though (outbound)-we will see if that nets us any new pipeline! Also no 401k match which at this point should be table stakes in my opinion. Vibe is very much work hard play hard and my coworkers / leaders are some of the smartest people I’ve ever met / worked with. Intense interview process and hard to get a job here, if you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to work here you’d be crazy not to take it!
