Great experience from a development and learning about the technology standpoint. However, quota attainment is dependent on your territory, which can lengthen the time it takes to get promoted. This may lead to demotivation for some before they are moved to a more fruitful territory where their efforts can be rewarded.

Overall, CS leadership seems out of touch with IC needs/sentiment. Many looking to leave now that stock price drop has removed golden handcuffs.
