Was hired into a strategic enterprise role, turns out it was more of a strategic SMB role when faced with the outrageous metrics. My direct RD also told me I only book meetings with prospects because of my looks. Process and culture are both major fails at "mong-NO".

My experience is very mixed. The last 2 years have been characterized by constant change, changes of direction and realignment. My direct leadership is trying hard but typically powerless at the mercy of the leadership from the US. Various plans and promises were not kept. The money is okay at best considering the constant pressure and long hours.

I still like mongo, but they are getting rid of their mid market team end of year
