Pros: Great opportunity to get experience working with large, enterprise customers. Excellent product market fit, truly a superior product to most if not all competitors. Great ecosystem of support from AEs, SAs, marketing, and management. Lots of opportunities to travel i.e. sales bootcamp in Dublin, SKO in Vegas, team off-sites, etc. Lots of enablement/trainings on a very technical product.
Cons: The quota attainment is much lower than what is depicted here. Probably 20-30% of ADRs are truly hitting all components of their quotas. Constantly shifting metrics and unrealistic expectations makes it difficult to hit your number. It is entirely territory dependent and on your relationship with your AEs. Difficult promotion path and limited opportunities to move up even if you are hitting your number. Pay is not competitive compared to the industry average at the xDR level.
Overall: Not a bad place to start your career. If you're in a not-so-great territory, prepare to struggle financially. You will learn great sales skills and acumen that will prepare you for later steps in your career. Browse Other Reviews
