When joining MongoDB, the promise of organic growth was overstated. The sales cycle is over one year, and the expectation of the rep are untenable. This coupled with low control, working at MongoDB is a road to burnout. That, along with a micromanagement Bro culture, leaves a lot to be desired.

Acquisition org in the US is one of the biggest shit shows I’ve been a part of. Small percent of people crushing number, most struggling just to find opps, no middle ground. Crazy turn over of reps and recently leadership is leaving as well.

Good company overall, success can be limited to handful of "hot" accounts, long sales cycles
