Acquisition org in the US is one of the biggest shit shows I’ve been a part of. Small percent of people crushing number, most struggling just to find opps, no middle ground. Crazy turn over of reps and recently leadership is leaving as well.

Don't provide enough accounts - solid product / cultural overall but there just simply aren't a ton of teams and companies willing to move databases. Databases are notoriously sticky products.

My experience is very mixed. The last 2 years have been characterized by constant change, changes of direction and realignment. My direct leadership is trying hard but typically powerless at the mercy of the leadership from the US. Various plans and promises were not kept. The money is okay at best considering the constant pressure and long hours.

Overall is a good company to work, compensation/incentives motivates, but there are several process that need to be optimized for the consumption reality, as well as structure to have support for large customers that fits with the market. The product is great and generate benefits to customers, but it is not an easy product to be sold.
