Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Microsoft is an awesome place to work at. However in the last year or so they have been pushing a lot to get the quota, the pressure is in the air. Eventhough we know this is sales and that's how things are they could be better at not putting so much pressure and also not doing crazy changes every new fiscal year.
The future seems bright with the AI investments that were done, however that's a move that will pay off in the medium to long term.
Overall I recommend Microsoft as a place to work, I would say that most sellers hit their quota but just a few exceed it.
