CEO removed Salesforce + Gmail in favor of internal tools, creating even more resistance for the sales team. Pure hire and fire culture: team had over 30 US reps in 2023, ~50% were laid off in early 2024, another 8-10 exited on their own or were fired for performance over the next 6 months.
