Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Do not join this company unless you’re desperate for a job. Don’t trust the positive reviews. Talk to former employees for the ugly truth. They deploy the same tactic every year to re-hire a new batch. CEO is a rich-kid founder already financially set, with a borderline sociopathic personality. Leadership is home-grown due to the incapacity to attract talent: think obsequious, unprofessional and unskilled on top of being sleazy (e.g. US VP of sales skipped a customer call to watch a soccer game - not just one time). Product doesn’t have market fit despite cheaper than Twilio. New product is 2-3 years away from prime-time.
3rd iteration of the hire-fire cycle, 50-80% of the team will be fired within 6-12 months. I didn’t believe this when I read it last year… I was wrong. Also they removed all sales tools for home grown one that don't work. Leads are allocated to favorites. Stay away. Your career and mental health will thank you. Browse Other Reviews
