I noticed that Bird is currently hiring for 12 open Account Executive roles across EMEA. Could anyone clarify if this increase in hiring is due to the company replacing individuals who were let go after pips, or if it signifies an actual expansion in anticipation of growth in 2025?

Just would like to have more info regarding the interview process for an AE role in EMEA. - What do they focus on the most? - What should I be prepared for? I see many reviews regarding bad management, no one is hitting target, etc. Is anyone able to expand on this?
