Run! No c-suite and CEO regularly uses Ai to guide how he runs the business and insult his employees if they do not agree with him. He routinely fires anyone who goes against his views and regularly quotes his praise for Elon Musk or invites random 3rd parties to guide him in business decisions. You never know when it will be your last day, layoffs are extremely often, the company management lacks unity, the last layoff was announced while employees were already traveling to the offsite encounter. The worst management ever, no company values or principles and no one knows where the company is going.
