Run! No c-suite and CEO regularly uses Ai to guide how he runs the business and insult his employees if they do not agree with him. He routinely fires anyone who goes against his views and regularly quotes his praise for Elon Musk or invites random 3rd parties to guide him in business decisions. Commission payouts are ALWAYS WRONG! Bonus and Incentives are regularly pulled back and refuse to be paid out after reps have met the requirements. Pushes 30% increases on customers and does not care about retention. Continually launching some kind of new product with no testing and something is always broken. Be prepared to do sales with no tools or assistance since there basically is no management anymore and constant layoffs every other week.

My overal experience is that the people are great. Smart and eager people. Your teammates will go the extra mile for you. However, leadership sees you as a number. Hire and fire.

Uncertainty is the best way to describe this company. I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend.
