Difficult environment to sell in. Leadership very out of touch with what is needed for success in the US market. No enablement, sales onboarding, or sales process (no account planning, sales framework, etc.). Worst CEO I've ever worked under. Onboarding and training was terrible. Serious lack of sales enablement tools and resources. Hired and made redundant within ~6 months along with 6-8 others. AVOID.
