This company isn’t what it used to be. Changed the comp plan which changed culture. Some solid leaders in the company though. Just seem to be a bit unstable

Culture of non motivated employees with 90% not hitting quota with low bar of expectations. Starts with leadership. Leaders are capped on incentive, sellers are uncapped.
