Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Leadership here has absolutely no idea what they are doing. Hiring consultants to try and figure out what's wrong w/ incoming leads- or lack there of. They over hired when everyone else did- insisted on high activities so accounts where all churned through then switched around to other reps to churn through and eventually asked to be removed from list so losing as a future Opp all together.
Then they gave up, laid off the best technical team you could dream of (many that helped found the email side)and are strictly focusing on renewals. They laid off all newer reps, (SDR's, mid-market and enterprise, including managers) and only kept 1 mid market and 2 enterprise. Email leadership jumped from sinking ship they couldn't save bc they had no original ideas (ie hiring a consultant who also failed) .Now they are rehiring mid market to start the process all over again. Run away and find a company w / a product the market actually needs, with leadership that knows what they are doing. It seems few and far between now though... Browse Other Reviews
