My overall experience is that it is hard to succeed at Segra. You’re tied to an enterprise team in a market model that do not provide leads. If you’re not in a major market you will never hit commission goal (unless you are Segra West who have different opportunities like selling to government in their market and lower comp plans) Turnover rate is often in sellers...Read More

Segra is in a tumultuous transition, the entire C-suite has turned over in the last six months. Leadership on the frontlines is good, but they are over capacity for what they are expected to do.
