Current Employee My overall experience is that it is hard to succeed at Segra. You’re tied to an enterprise team in a market model that do not provide leads. If you’re not in a major market you will never hit commission goal (unless you are Segra West who have different opportunities like selling to government in their market and lower comp plans) Turnover rate is often in sellers and it takes a year to build up a funnel. Commission and other incentives like president club is not fairly evaluated with different opportunities and comp plans for different markets. Browse Other Reviews
