Going through some changes due to recent merger. The commission plan is still very strong, particularly the accelerators. Commission is not capped so large deals (esp with long term length) pays out well over dollar-for-dollar in terms of commission-to-MRC.

It's full cycle sales for Account Executives and in highly penetrated markets you spend 65% of your time identifying prospects, not even calling. But the compensation isn't capped and there almost not decelerators for compensation.
