Jumping into MessageBird's US team was like stepping into a new world, totally different from my past SaaS gigs. Despite some bad reviews from ex-Sparkpost employees, my experience has been really positive. The leadership here is impressive especially our new VP - they're quick and run structured chaos. They're all about moving fast and smart, which I really respect. But it's not a laid-back job. You need to be ready to jump in deep from day one. It's a lot about self-reliance and pushing your limits, which I've found super rewarding. If you're considering MessageBird, be ready for a fast-paced environment. But if you love a challenge and want to grow, it's an amazing place. I'm enjoying every bit of it and maybe you will too!

Annual all hands trips are the only positive aspect of job at Messagebird along with flexible work from home. This is where the pros end. they do pay at par with the industry. Where do we even begin with what needs to be fixed, its a pure hire and fire organisation. Steady exits, either people leaving on there own or being asked to leave.
