Bird is a great fit for sellers who understand the dynamics of a startup and are truly motivated to make real money. I’ve personally seen a seller in the US achieve a life-changing income. When you dig deeper into some of the negative reviews, you’ll notice they’re mostly from former employees who’ve been out of the company for quite some time and appear to carry a lot of bitterness. For those willing to put in the work, the opportunities here are massive.

Leadership here has absolutely no idea what they are doing. Hiring consultants to try and figure out what's wrong w/ incoming leads- or lack there of. They over hired when everyone else did- insisted on high activities so accounts where all churned through then switched around to other reps to churn through and eventually asked to be removed from list so losing as...Read More

Single digit numbers are hitting target, the VC's are ordering SLT to hire new hires with some antiquated view that "feet" on the ground = more sales. Expect mass lay offs in 12-18 months
