Where do we even begin with what needs to be fixed, its a pure hire and fire organisation. Steady exits, either people leaving on there own or being asked to leave. Even the good performers. India management is the worst excuse in the name of leadership. No empathy towards fellow colleagues. The India mangement hires people to spoil there careers. So, you shouldn't work there, unless you are making very good money.
Take my advice and be very judicious and stay away.
