In 2024 reps struggled to hit quota, but management tried to make that better via various incentives. 2 major competitors in market, company needs to be more aggressive in displacing competitors. Current Employee2.7Apr 4, 2024Great org for the most part, very family oriented so if you want a work life balance they are good at providing it, however hay days are gone and may not come back anytime soon. ONly time will tell if the visual collaboration market is here to stay for the longterm.
