Presently, hitting quotas is rare, leadership lacks transparency, and financial gains are elusive. The product is more of a luxury than a necessity. In 2020, IPO discussions were in the air ,now, acquisition rumors circulate, causing considerable burnout. The company's strength lies in its people, not the culture touted by leadership. Despite attempts to sell you on their culture, it's a deceptive lure. Countless superior companies await, making it advisable to explore alternatives. They continue to preach loyalty but their interest isn't in the reps when it comes down to it. They just bate you with "We're preparing to take over the market and be the stand-alone solution". It's all just falling on deaf ears and the market is starting to realize it's just a novelty tool.
