Enterprise CSM's can expect to meet their OTE. While allegedly the roles are treated similar, Lucid is completely oblivious to the major gap their mid-market/commercial CSM teams are attaining. Lucid struggles in a few areas as there are very VERY few hitting goal. Quota seems unattainable at the moment even after Lucid gave a 15% quota reduction.
