Enterprise CSM's can expect to meet their OTE. While allegedly the roles are treated similar, Lucid is completely oblivious to the major gap their mid-market/commercial CSM teams are attaining. Which shows that clearly Enterprise is the better role to be in. Enterprise CSM's will attain 100% of their OTE if not more. Commercial CSM's will attain ~35% of their OTE maybe a bit more.
