Because of a limited product line, there's not much else to sell. New products are coming, but the environment is "wait and see" for now. Great people, leadership needs to 10x transparency.

Leadership now not only doesn't care about revenue, but you're almost solely judged on the amount of meetings you have. Not hitting quota but hitting meetings? You will get a shoutout. Exceeding quota but not hitting meetings? You get called out and threatened. All the best...Read More
