Culture has really taken a hit in the past couple of years. Lucid used to emphasize the importance of their employees, now it’s a bit more cutthroat where you’re trying to outdo others on your team to avoid being fired. Have a rough few weeks? Get ready for the boot.

Pretty good product. Not Canva but engineers seem to like it. Selling mostly to procurement slinging licenses. Was awesome during Covid war but not so much now.

Like many companies in the high interest rate environment, Lucid's growth rate has slowed. So, as with any company if you have the wrong territory you will struggle.
