Lucid was a really good place to be a sales rep and then it struggled for a while, not different than virtually all tech companies. They have made a lot of necessary changes to make it good again. Brian, the SMB Director, is fantastic and has the SMB org nearly every quarter as the best org at the company. Upper leadership has taken responsibility and made changes to help, and they've earned the reps respect. Lucid is once again a good sales org to work in.

Tough stretch for the org like most companies in the industry.

Lucid struggles in a few areas as there are very VERY few hitting goal. Quota seems unattainable at the moment even after Lucid gave a 15% quota reduction.
