Great culture. Appreciate the CEO and his dedication. Reps are overall great. No "bro" culture and everyone is pretty great to work with (even in other departments).

Culture has really taken a hit in the past couple of years. Lucid used to emphasize the importance of their employees, now it’s a bit more cutthroat where you’re trying to outdo others on your team to avoid being fired. Have a rough few weeks? Get ready for the boot.

Good people and leaders that care. But tough sales environment. Not many people hitting quota. People stay for the people and protection for an exit.

Great relaxed culture, not a a lot of pressure even when most miss quota. Pays low for the local market. Good leaders but unwilling to have tricky conversations with transparency, won't admit if something's unfair on an individual
