Great culture. Appreciate the CEO and his dedication. Reps are overall great. No "bro" culture and everyone is pretty great to work with (even in other departments).

Pretty good product. Not Canva but engineers seem to like it. Selling mostly to procurement slinging licenses. Was awesome during Covid war but not so much now.

Lucid has good work/life balance and colleagues are fantastic. That said, selling the product is becoming more challenging - the industry is more commoditized and most are struggling to initiate interesting conversations. Sr Leadership/C-Suite are good people but lack vision and execution.

Lucid has one of the best sales cultures I’ve been apart of. They value relationships and collaboration over everything else. Unfortunately, this is often sacrificing the focus on performance and sales ability.
