They are very fair with employees and gives everyone the opportunity to succeed. Very forgiving and holistic about their approach with Sales reps.

Current Employee4.3Apr 17, 2024This place is solid. Most managers don't micro-manage. The comp is pretty competitive, and we have good leadership. I think the biggest gap is in Product. We made big moves in the past in product, but now it feels like our product enhancements are minimal/only geared towards AI.

Transparent leadership and enough incentives. Perfect for more Junior AE/AM positions to progress career, not so much to become a Senior if you have 5+ experience. AOV in Enterprise far under market rate too.
