GoTo products have potential but the inbound lead flow is non existent. Sales reps also expected to do marketing’s job reaching out with product and feature releases. Quota is unattainable - $46k/month with an avg deal size less thank $2k and sales cycle of 3+ weeks minimum. Multiple lay offs with likelihood of more coming have reps calendars full of pointless meetings as enablement teams try to prove their worth. Territories change constantly making it hard to build realtionships or LT pipe with your accounts. Over all, it’s not a bad organization if you are okay with lack of guidance/support from leadership and unattainable numbers. Dont be sold on the OTE - not one person in the MM space hit quota in 2023.
