The company is ripe for growth having positive ebita and with that they are trying to expand in a new way that they haven’t tried before as a rep so far no one is hitting their quota or getting close to it

My experience was really good until it was bad. I would avoid all sales roles aside from account executive until the internal restructuring is complete. They don't value existing business at this time.

Great team to work with. Lower base and overall compensation package than most tech companies today. Longer hours than most companies. Everyone is super helpful but can be competitive. Collaboration among different teams needs some improving.
