My experience was really good until it was bad. I would avoid all sales roles aside from account executive until the internal restructuring is complete. They don't value existing business at this time.

Great team to work with. Lower base and overall compensation package than most tech companies today. Longer hours than most companies. Everyone is super helpful but can be competitive. Collaboration among different teams needs some improving.

Great diversity, great team members. Management are delusional with daily KPIs given inefficiencies in tech stack but at least hitting monthly quota is relatively achievable
