Great team to work with. Lower base and overall compensation package than most tech companies today. Longer hours than most companies. Everyone is super helpful but can be competitive. Collaboration among different teams needs some improving.

Lower compensation compared to industry average. Things are constantly changing to save costs for the company but reduce pay for employees (i.e. Targets increasing, constant hiring leading to less leads, etc.). Hiring spree over the last few months has led to the majority of the team not hitting target and being on PIPs.

Overall the company culture and leadership were great to work with. Base compensation was pretty low but the commissions were good. Overall the biggest downfall was product fit. It just couldn't stand up to alot of the competitors

The company is ripe for growth having positive ebita and with that they are trying to expand in a new way that they haven’t tried before as a rep so far no one is hitting their quota or getting close to it
