Lower compensation compared to industry average. Things are constantly changing to save costs for the company but reduce pay for employees (i.e. Targets increasing, constant hiring leading to less leads, etc.). Hiring spree over the last few months has led to the majority of the team not hitting target and being on PIPs.

Culture did a complete 180. Used to be a great place that employees would take pride in working at. Since the start of 2024 management has made questionable decision after questionable decision. Laying off 100s of employees, keeping targets unreasonably high even though the majority of the team isn’t hitting, constantly hiring new salespeople regardless. Employees...Read More
