Former Employee3.3May 15, 2024Executive leadership is terrible. BDR Director and managers were great and feedback and roleplay.
Former Employee3.1Jan 16, 2024Once a pioneer and market leader, they seem to be struggling to develop a new identity. The volatile tech economy certainly didn't help, but the strategy was to do more with less. Layoffs and an increasingly crowded market did not make for an enjoyable culture.

Current Employee2.3Jul 2, 2024A lot of new leadership, with new leadership also leaving quickly once they realize what they joined. Little to no alignment among leadership as they're all onboarding. Redundancies occurring with other employees being managed out at the same time. Metrics and micromanaging aplenty. Not much of a realistic company vision or future.
